About MASCC Study Groups
The MASCC Study Groups promote and organize research and education within their specialties. Study Groups meet each year at the MASCC/ISOO Annual Meeting. You can join up to three Study Groups when you join MASCC, and you can also join or change your Study Group selection at any time.
Benefits of Joining a Study Group
Through Study Group membership, you become an integral part of a worldwide network of supportive care specialists. Study Group membership provides opportunities to do any or all of the following:
Choosing Your Study Groups
Good ways to learn about Study Groups are to review their web page here at the MASCC website and attend their meetings at the MASCC Annual Meeting in June. You can also contact a Study Group’s leaders or the MASCC Study Group Coordinator, Don Gubitosa for more information, feedback, or suggestions.
To Select or Change Your Study Groups
Go to “My Account” and then “Edit My Profile.” Keep your Study Group memberships up to date in order to receive the latest updates and emails from the Study Group Chairs.
Update your Profile!
Keep your Account Profile up to date with your correct email address and make sure your Study Group preferences are selected. The email address you provide will be used to contact you with information and updates from the Study Group Chairs.
Study Group Workshops
Each year, several in-depth workshops, provided by one or more study groups, are presented at the MASCC/ISOO Annual Meeting. These well-attended workshops provide opportunities for participants to hear about the latest research, to share their own experience, and to meet colleagues with similar interests.
