2006 Symposium Poster Guidelines:
The Posters will be displayed in Grand Ballroom - West, the Symposium Exhibit Area.
The information listed below will assist you with your Poster preparation.
- Poster Dimensions: 91cm x 122 cm / 36" x 48" – Portrait Style
- Poster Set-up Time: Thursday, June 22nd: 9:30 a.m. - Noon
- Poster Session - Viewing: There will be a formal viewing on Thursday, June 22: 7:15 - 7:45 p.m.
You are requested to stand by your poster at this time to answer any questions by fellow attendees.
- Poster Removal: Saturday, June 24: 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
