    1 year membership: $100 USD
    2 year membership: $185.00 USD
    3 for two membership: 3 members join for cost of 2 memberships:  1 year: $200 USD or 2 years: $370 USD
    (Share one journal, but everyone receives all other full benefits)
    Scholarship membership: Partial pay member scholarships (restricted to low-resource countries). Must complete requirements for scholarship membership found below.
