Logging in
To log in to the member’s only area of the mascc.org website, click the LOGIN/REGISTER button at the top left of the website. Enter your username and password and click the login button. If this fails, click the “forgot your password” link in the login box. Enter your email address and your username and password will be emailed to address we have in the database. If you have changed your email or do not know what email we have on file, contact Beth Hollen for email confirmation.

Logout
The logout button is found in the upper right hand portion of the screen next to my profile and Contact us. Clicking the logout link will successfully log you out. An automatic logout will occur after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Forgot your password?
Click the LOGIN/REGISTER button at the top left of the website. Click the “forgot your password“ link in the login box. Enter your email address and your username and password will be emailed to address we have in the database. If you have changed your email or do not know what email we have on file, contact Beth Hollen for email confirmation.

Changing your username and password
Once logged in, click the “My Profile” link at the top right of your screen next to “Contact us” and “Logout”. You can also go to the Member Services section under “Edit profile”. Here you will see your information we have in the MASCC database. To change your username and password, go to the bottom of the screen and click “Edit this profile”. Here you can edit any or all of your information including your username and password. Changing this information will permanently change our database. Username and password are always kept private even though you will see a check box for this option. Once you have made your changes, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click save.

Member Directory
The member directory is a listing of all the MASCC members. The directory is found in the member services section in the left column navigation under membership. You must be logged in to see the member’s only sections. Once logged in, under member services, click the member directory section. Here you will find fellow member information in order to contact them. You can search by name in the Keyword search box or click the alphabetical listing by last name. This contact information is strictly for professional use only.

Find a member
You can search by name in the Keyword search box or click the alphabetical listing by last name. If a member you are searching for is not in our directory, you can email Aage Schultz to check on this member.

Online Journal Access
To access the SCC journal online, you must first be logged in. Once logged in, you can find the journal access in the following places:
 -The welcome screen after successfully logging in
 -The Online Journal Access link located in the top left under the LOGIN button
 -Under Member Services
 -Under Publications
Once logged in and you have gone to one of our journal access areas, you can click the “click here” or “online journal” in the blue MASCC Members box.
The next screen will give you a “Go to SCC Online” link to proceed to the journal. This will exit you from the MASCC.org website.

If you are not logged in, you will not see the option in the member services section, as all of these items in this section are not visible to non-members.
If you click on any of the other access links, and are not logged in, you will come to a screen prompting you to login. If you cannot remember your username and password, see instructions on password retrieval.

Editing your profile
Once logged in, click the “My Profile” link at the top right of your screen next to “Contact us” and “Logout”. You can also go to the Member Services section under “Edit profile”. Here you will see your information we have in the MASCC database. To edit your profile, go to the bottom of the screen and click “Edit this profile”. Here you can edit any or all of your information. Please review your profile to ensure we have the correct information. By checking any of the boxes next to your information, you can decide what information in your profile you would like to be viewable by MASCC members. We encourage you to keep an email address visible for professional contact. Changing this information will permanently change our database. Username and password are always kept private even though you will see a check box for this option. Once you have made your changes, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click save. Changing your study group preference
You can view your study group preferences we have on file within your profile under STUDY GROUP. This will list your study group preferences (up to three only). To edit your selections, scroll to the bottom of your profile and click “Edit this profile”. Here you will see a list box of the study group choices and your selections will be highlighted. To change you selection, click a study group and then hold down the command key to make an additional and optional two selections. Click save at the bottom of the screen to complete your changes. Virtual meetings
Virtual meetings will be available to members for six months before they are open to the public. To view the latest virtual meeting, login and click the most current virtual meeting link found under Member Services, MASCC Symposia and Top 5 Quick links. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. Click “View our Symposium Presentations online” to view presentations with audio. These presentations use Adobe FLASH technology and require broad band. To get the lastest FLASH player, go to: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. The virtual meeting will launch in a new browser wondow and will not exit you from the MASCC.org website. If you need further assistance, contact Beth Hollen.
